Stand on the Promises of God 1

The promises of God which are yea and amen in Christ Jesus are not in the stratosphere. They are within easy reach in the word of God. However, these promises can only be identified through a diligent study of the word of God. Do you want to know the promises of God concerning you? Then speedily commence a diligent study of the word of God to unravel the promises which cover about every area of life; some of which are:

Healing and Divine Health

I am the Lord that healeth thee (Exodus Chapter 15 verse 26) as well as other Scriptures on healing are clear pointers that it is the will of God for you to be in divine health at all times. God takes the trouble to heal you and keep you in divine health because He wants you to succeed. He wants to showcase you to the world which is why He does not allow you to be affected by sicknesses and diseases, be bedridden and incapacitated for success. A sick body and mind cannot succeed. That is why God ensures that you are mentally whole and capacitated to reflect on Philippians Chapter 4 verse 5. That is also why God keeps you physically strong, whole and capacitated to move about, engage in physical and mental as well as spiritual activities that generate money. God loves you. He says He will heal you of any disease the enemy may want to afflict you with. Please see Psalm 103 verses 3 to 4, Exodus Chapter 23 verses 25 to 26.

Divine Pathways to Fame 1

The Oxford Advanced Learner’s Dictionary of English defines fame, an uncountable noun as the state of being known and talked about by many people.

Fame comes by consistently doing the work God assigned you the way He wants you to do it, where He wants you to do it, where He wants you to do it, when He wants you to do it and for whom He wants you to do it. It is the work that is done, albeit the quality of the work that God uses to bring about the fame. It is not jumping or running around other people who are conscientiously and diligently doing their work; engaging in idle chatter and frittering time. It is investing time, God’s precious time in the work God calls you to and has taken ample time to equip you for through His divine deposits of your unique gifts, talents, skills, expertise and divine connections. It is the impact of your work that brings about transformation in the lives of people that ultimately dovetails into fame. It is true that God is the author of fame and blesses His children with fame. However, that fame comes about by doing exactly what God wants you to do. 

Fame and honor comes by doing what God requires of you in the way He wants it done, when and where He wants it done and to whom He wants it done for and not necessarily how you want it done, where and when you want it done and whom it should be done for. God is the Only One who has the capacity and capability to order your steps into fame, wealth, and honor as you walk in divine purposes and timing as you work for God, do your work as unto the Lord. Fame is a function of your total and prompt obedience to God.

Who could be more famous than Jesus Christ? Nobody. How did He become famous? By doing what God asked Him to do in the way and timing and specific places where God asked Him to do what had to be done and by reaching out to the specific people God wanted Him to reach out to. Jesus Christ did not set out to be famous – Philippians Chapter 2 verses 5 to 11. Rather, He always set out to do what God required of Him and in the process, fame and honor followed him – John Chapter 4, Mark Chapter 1 verse 28, John Chapter 9 verse 4.

Wisdom Promotes

The God advantage is enough for you to overtake. All you need is the combination of divine wisdom, knowledge and understanding. There is a link between wisdom, knowledge and understanding (the difference between right and wrong) that helps one to make right choices); knowledge to drive out ignorance.

Wisdom is having a keen insight into life and the ways of dealing with life’s issues; an understanding of practical skills of life. It is also conduct that is orderly and morally upright. Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore devote time to acquiring wisdom. The blessings of wisdom include promotion; that is being lifted above your contemporaries; honor which translates into respect; favor which translates into goodwill and preferential treatment; glory which births radiance and beauty. The pursuit of wisdom is therefore critical.

There are two kinds of wisdom, earthly wisdom and heavenly wisdom (James Chapter 3 verses 13 to 18, Matthew Chapter 11 verse 19). Earthly wisdom is the natural way of doing things. One of its key attributes is that it is self seeking, envious and jealously competitive, and does not celebrate the talents and victories of others. It is always creating confusion and disorderliness. It cannot stand order. It is boastful and seeks to be recognized.

Heavenly wisdom is not dubious, has no hidden agenda and can be trusted. It is peaceable – live at peace with all men, gentle in disposition, tolerant, merciful, produces good fruits and results. It is sincere, no hypocrisy or lies.

Wisdom brings promotion that is not dependent on age, education, expertise, experience. Rather, it is dependent on God. Daniel was ten times better because he operated with the wisdom of God that God blessed him with. He received astronomical promotion.

Renew Your Mind

Man is a spirit, has a soul and lives in the body – inside the soul is the mind, will and emotions (the will for decisions, the mind for processing and analysis (Deuteronomy Chapter 30 verses 19 to 20), the emotions for expressing feeling. The mind is the seat of reflecting consciousness, faculty of decision, making judgments, and gaining understanding. The mind is also the place of conviction – Matthew Chapter 11 verse 28.

That is why any form of satanic captivity starts in the mind. The devil took Eve captive by muddling up her mental processes to the point where she became uncertain of the exact command by God and consequently disobeyed God. The devil was able to convince her that God was economical with the truth – a lie from the pit of hell (John Chapter 8 verse 44). The devil made Eve believe that God did not want them to be like Him which was why He asked them not to eat of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. The devil attempted this evil game with Jesus Christ at the temptation but Jesus Christ overcame him with the truth of God’s word and consequently gave us victory over every lie and deception of the enemy. Please see 1^st John Chapter 3 verse 8, John Chapter 10 verse 10, Matthew Chapter 4 verses 1 to 11, and Luke Chapter 4 verses 1 to 14.

The devil launches mental sieges to blind the minds of people to the truth of the Word of God. (2^nd Corinthians Chapters 3 verses 14 to 18; 4 verses 1 to 6; 11 verse 3, 1^st Timothy Chapter 4 verses 1 to 3, 2^nd Timothy Chapters 3 verses 1 to 9, 13; 4 verses 3 to 4, Titus Chapter 1 verses 9 to 16, 1^st Timothy Chapter 1 verses 3 to 4, Proverbs Chapter 26 verse 28). The satanic tools of mental sieges include lies (John Chapter 8 verse 44), deceptions, distorting the truth (Genesis Chapter 3 verses 1 to 13), unbelief, fear, worry, anxiety, disillusionment, depression, craftiness, deceit (2^nd Corinthians Chapters 4 verse 2; 11 verse 3), flattery and lack of understanding. Because the mind is a battlefield, a place of strategic spiritual warfare, satan uses it to make man displease God. The mind has the tendency to be blinded by satan in order to block the blessings of God from your life.

Celebrate the God of Great Beginnings

What a day, 1st of January 2017. Welcome to 2017, the year of greater glory and astonishing miracles. Beloved, I am very excited. First, that God in His infinite mercy kept you and I to see the glorious year 2017, the year of greater glory and astonishing miracles. 

God is set to do you great good in 2017 not because you are more righteous or more favored but because of His great and unfailing mercies mercies to you. Beloved, God is faithful. He never fails and will never fail. It is His desire to bless you, expand your coast, move you to a greater realm of glory, give you an expected end and make your dreams come true. 

God is faithful. He will not let you fall, He will not let you down. He will not allow you to be laughed at. Rather, He will fill your mouth with laughter as your every Isaac will be birthed, nurtured and sustained to blossom. 

God is not a man that lies. His promises to you are yea and amen in Christ Jesus. Therefore, celebrate the God of great beginnings in 2017. Shalom.

Break with the Past

Break with the past. Do not allow the past to hold you back. Do not expend your energy trying to fix what does not work. The past cannot be changed. Stop holding on to the past; do not allow your past bleed into your present to change your future. Do not allow the past to misdirect your life. The potential, the success inside you is greater than the previous and present successes you have experienced – Isaiah Chapter 43 verses 18 to 19.Therefore, do not let either past successes or adversity stop you from being the best you can be. Don’t let life make you change your name. Simply learn the lessons required from the past.

Be optimistic. Trust God when it looks like things are going backwards. Get to the point where you can trust God to let things go. It takes great peace to accept the times you are in. You may be aborting your own prophecies because you are trying to save what God has already cut off. Some blessings are seasonal blessings and once such seasons are over, you let go. God brings people into your life to do certain things. When their assignment is over, let them go and move on. The plan is a process leading to the purpose. Therefore, celebrate the new relationships in your life as well as what God is doing in your life now.

Celebrate You

Why?

You are fearfully and wonderfully made – Psalm 137 verses 14 to 18. This speaks of gratitude to God for who you are, how He created you and why He created you. David understood this and that explains he was unusually confident, celebrated himself and excelled, and prospered wherever he went. I pray that God will help you to see who you are so that you can place the right value on you and celebrate you accordingly in Jesus mighty name.

God loves you and gave up his only begotten son so that you can be reconciled to Him. Please see John Chapter 3 verse 16, 4 verses 9 to 11, 16, 19 and Jeremiah Chapter 31 verse 3.

You are special to God. Please see Deuteronomy Chapter 7 verses 6 to 8.

God is mindful of you and takes care of you. Please see Hebrews Chapter 2 verses 6 to 8, Psalm 8 verses 1 to 9.

God crowned you with glory and honor . Please see Psalm 8 verse 5.

God visits you to expand and increase you, restore life to you. Please see psalm 8 verse 4, Genesis Chapter 21 verse 1, Ruth Chapter 1 verse 6, Luke Chapter 1 verses 68, 78, 7 verse 16, 1^st Samuel Chapter 2 verse 21.

God gave you dominion over the works of His hands. Please see Genesis Chapter 1 verses 26 to 28, Psalm 8 verses 6 to 9.

God inscribed you on the palms of His hands and your walls are continually before Him which explains why He cannot forget you. Please see Isaiah Chapters 49 verses 13 to 16, 44 verse 21 and 1^st Samuel Chapter 1 verses 19 to 20.

You Are a Success Story

You are a success story waiting to be celebrated. But the waiting period does not have to be long. They can be tremendously shortened if only you will allow God to jump start you with His divine potentials and deposits inside of you. God deposited greatness and resounding success inside of you. But you need to discover them and surrender them to God. The seed for the tree is inside the tree. Find the seed that is inside the tree. It is your responsibility to identify and dig it out – Genesis Chapter 1 verse 12. God wants to use what is in your hand.  Look for what is in your hand. God will show you what you need to turn your life around. You can live a life of daily successes manifested in diverse miracles, signs and wonders if we make a true inventory of our potentials, find them and put them down. God wants you to make an inventory of the potentials in you. Within every human being are miracles, potentials waiting to be untapped. They are in there and may not even show an outward sign. If God could send Moses with a shepherd stick to Pharaoh, a global leader of his day, it means that God does not take account of your abilities. He only sees your possibilities.

There are special callings and purposes waiting inside of you to be discovered and used for God’s glory. However, what God will use that belongs to you must be surrendered to Him so that it can be used the way He wants you to use it. This is because whatever is surrendered to God automatically becomes the rod of God even as the rod of Moses became the rod of God. But it must first be given to God by casting it on the ground. The Apostle Paul learnt something from God when he was faced with insurmountable challenges – 1^st Corinthians 12 verse 9. He realized that grace is given to accomplish great things. This means that what you consider a seeming limited ability can accomplish great things if surrendered to God so that the grace of God takes over. Significantly, it is only when it is surrendered that grace is given to it – Exodus Chapter 3 verse 5. Holy ground is where God is. Therefore, anything you lay on holy ground is empowered by the Holy Ghost. God can use what you surrender to Him to revolutionize your life.  What is not surrendered remains lifeless and unproductive.

Give Up Limitations

Limitations are obstacles and barriers designed to keep a person, people, families, communities, businesses and nations from moving to their God ordained heights in life. Limitations vary – they can be man-made, self made or satanically engineered.  Permit me to say that satanically engineered limitations are easier to dislodge if a person is in Christ Jesus and living right. But self made limitations are especially difficult to dislodge as they are strongholds in a person’s mental processes that only the truth of the Word of God can dislodge. For this to happen, a person has to believe and accept the truth of God’s Word as final so that the self made limitations can be dislodged.

That is why I dare to say that what you hold on to, to an extent is an evidence of the height you have purposed to remain in and that to a large extent determines how far you want to get to in life.

Holding on to something you consider very dear or important can constitute a major limitation to your progress and increase. That is why giving up limitations is the fastest way to increase and progress. Giving up limitations is also a way of stretching your faith, trusting God to take you to a higher altitude in life. Do away with limitations by giving up that thing which God wants you to give up. Otherwise it becomes a stronghold which barricades your progress. Significantly, such things may not necessarily be money, talents, skills, expertise, time and material resources for the work of God.
