Get Rid of Mental Clutter 2

Pay rapt attention to what God is saying and doing in your life now to increase you and elevate you above your peers and enemies into the rightful position and privileges He ordained for you from the foundation of the world. Therefore, ignore what the devil and his cohorts are doing and focus on what God is doing. Refuse to be emotionally bound or attached to the evil they are speaking by the demons ruling them. People filled with the Holy Spirit of God do not say words which dampen the spirits of other people to make them sad or unhappy or even develop zero to low self esteem. It is the devil who does that and he does it through people who are willing to be his agents of verbal abuse and destruction. Beloved, you are not one of the victims of such people because you are spiritually and mentally empowered by the Word of God and the Spirit of God. Therefore, focus on God and give Him thanks and quality praise for what He is doing in your life. Also, focus on the blessings of God in your life rather than what you think or know the enemy is doing. The enemy will always attempt to clog your mental processes with his lies which God does not allow to see the light of day because God loves you and cares for you. Please read Numbers Chapter 23 verses 19 to 23, Isaiah Chapter 8 verses 9 to 10.

There are people who do not see any good in other people as well as everything around them. They complain about the sun, the moon, the grass, the animals, the water bodies, the government, the media, religious institutions and religious peoples and leaders. Refuse to entertain such people who always have a litany of woes irrespective of who they are. The more attention you pay to a litany of woes, especially from people infested with litanies of woes each time they open their mouths, the more cluttered and clogged your mental processes will be. This is because you will be mentally processing their litanies of woes rather than the faithful promises of God to you in the Bible. I therefore strongly advise that if people do not hang around you to share life transforming information with you, what the Bible refers to as iron sharpening iron, then reconsider spending quality time with them. Life transforming information will move you up the ladder of success while gossip, bad mouthing of other people behind their backs and general complaints will only help to clog your mental processes. Stay away from such discussions and people. You do not need them.

Why You Should Exercise Dominion

Sleep, eat, laze about or work

Or jest, gossip, curse

Or study the WORD, meditate the Word

Worship God in quality praise

Ascribe honor to Him Who gives me dominion

Or feed my eyes and mind on worthless things

Dominion, how I invest or fritter time

Dominion is the birthright of every child of God. God created you to have dominion. It was not an afterthought. Please see Genesis Chapter 1 verse 28. To exercise dominion is be masters, to rule and exercise control. Beloved, God created you to rule, to exercise control over His creation. Please read up Psalm 8 verse 6, Genesis Chapter 1 verse 28, 1^st Kings Chapter 4 verse 24, Psalm 110 verse 2, Proverbs Chapter 4 verses 23 to 24, 1^st Peter Chapter 1 verse 13, Luke Chapter 10 verse 19 for details and Holy Spirit inspired insight.

You need faith in God to exercise dominion. Therefore, anchor your faith in God and not people, resources or circumstances. The word of God is a major component of the Christian faith which explains why you should exercise your faith on the basis of the word of God. Please read 1^st John Chapter 5 verses 1 to 12. Christians are to walk by faith and not by sight as instructed in Hebrews Chapter 10 verse 38, 11 verses 1 to 40, Habakkuk Chapter 2 verse 4, and Romans Chapter 10 verse 17. The word of God is what builds your faith.

Connect from Transit Points

Genesis 49:14-15 

 “Issachar is no better than a donkey That lies stretched out between its saddlebags.  But he sees that the resting place is good And that the land is delightful. So he bends his back to carry the load And is forced to work as a slave.    Good News Translation

 “Issachar is a rawboned^[f] donkey lying down among the sheep pens.  When he sees how good is his resting place and how pleasant is his land, he will bend his shoulder to the burden and submit to forced labor. NIV

 “Issachar is a strong donkey,    crouching between the sheepfolds.  He saw that a resting place was good,  and that the land was pleasant, so he bowed his shoulder to bear,  and became a servant at forced labor. English Standard Version (ESV)

Transit points are not final destination points. They are connecting points to final destination points. They should therefore not become rest points but should serve the divine purpose of connecting you to your final destination. This is because a person in transit actually has no rights and privileges in a transit point. But in a final destination; either as a tourist, short to medium or long term visitor; a person has rights and privileges and is not likely to become a slave.

If Joseph for instance had consented to the sin of sexual immorality with Potiphar’s wife which appeared pleasant then – he was liked by his boss and colleagues; Joseph would have remained a slave forever, enslaved to Potiphar’s wife who would always blackmail him if he refused to continue in sin, assuming he consented the first time.

Even prison was not Joseph’s final destination. It was another transit point; a connecting point to his final destination. Significantly, Joseph took advantage of every transient point he found himself in. He used them as transient points and not final destination points as in the case of Issachar. Issachar chose to settle down at a transit point because the transit point appeared to be pleasant, pleasant in quote because that pleasantness was the reason for his slavery. Sadly, Issachar became a band of slaves simply because he chose to rest in the wrong place, a transit point which would have connected him to his final destination where people would serve him.

ACT, DO SOMETHING

Healing come in diverse forms. Sometimes, Jesus the Healer requires you to act. He asked the man at the pool to rise, take up his bed and walk, in essence; act, do something by and for yourself to get out of the unpalatable predicament that ideally should not be your portion but which you have gotten used to because there appears to be sufficient justification for the excuses you make. For instance, the man at the pool complained of having no one to put him in the pool when the water was stirred coupled with his inability to get in to the pool before the other supposedly smarter people. He did not mention the fact that he was sluggish and his sluggishness was the reason he could not get into the pool before the supposedly other smarter people at the pool.

The man at the pool was comfortable; in point of fact very comfortable with his situation at the pool. To put it mildly, he had come to love the situation as it helped him to excuse away his destiny in addition to unknowingly celebrating his weaknesses. Weaknesses, you may ask! Certainly and quite a number! For instance, he loved to depend on people; to have people do for him what he could actually do for himself if only he put his mind to it. For example, he could actually find creative ways of getting into the pool without the assistance of anyone if he was really determined to do so. But like Professor Lazy who always comes up with a dozen excuses for not tilling his land when he should – a fierce lion was parading the street in desperate search of Professor Lazy; his body aching from inactivity required a little rest, a little sleep: the man at the pool hung at the pool for thirty eight years waiting for someone to put him in the pool.

Divine Exit Doors 2

Mordecai and the Jews in Shushan were sentenced to death with the irreversible laws of the kingdom and therefore could not appeal against the sentence. Yet within that seemingly concluded blockade, God in His infinite mercies, power and love for His own created divine exit doors out of the death sentence. Haman who requested for and paid for the death sentence against the Jews died on the gallows he had prepared to hang Mordecai on. The Jews got another decree signed which empowered them to arm and defend themselves. The people that had planned to kill the supposedly defenseless Jews for fun became afraid of the armed Jews who had received royal authorization to fight back their attackers. Please read the entire book of Esther for details.

The people of Jericho barricaded their gates against the Israelites. Without recourse to the use of explosives which bring down fortified brick and mortar, God created divine exit doors for His people. Please see Joshua Chapter 6 for details.

The satraps thought they had Daniel silenced forever when he was thrown into the den of lions. But God created a protective wall of fire for Daniel by shutting the mouths of the lions. After Daniel was released and the satraps as well as members of their families were thrown into the den of lions, the lions had a feast of human flesh. Please see Daniel Chapter 6 for details. Additionally, the King opted to serve Daniel’s God and made a proclamation that made it mandatory for everyone to serve Daniel’s God.

Shedrach, Meshach and Abednego refused to bow down to Nebuchadnezzar’s image. Consequently, they were thrown into the fiery furnace of fire. But God intervened and the fire had no effect on them. Upon their release, Nebuchadnezzar publicly proclaimed the worship of Jehovah God in Babylon.

Steps to Greatness

Everyone born of God is destined for greatness. The Bible is replete with regular people who received incredible greatness based on their relationship with God. Abraham became great and the father of nations on account of his relationship with God. King David attained greatness from being committed and faithful to God. King Solomon surrendered it all to God and was the greatest King of his time.

Even in history and contemporary times, we daily read about regular people like you and I who became great because God made them great. That same God, Jehovah, the El-Shaddai to whom all power belong is still in the business of making people great and you can be the next in line for divine greatness. Some of the ways in which you can become great by the help of God include but are not limited to:

Be careful what you watch, what you listen to and what you read as all these have a way of impacting mental processes. If you spend time reading about, listening to or watching videos on impossibilities, chances are you will think that there are always impossibilities on every step of the way. So like the lazy man described in the book of Proverbs, you will always see fierce lions in the streets and refuse to take the bull by the horn.

The Dynamics of Success

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. Romans Chapter 8 verse 14.

God is the one who makes a person great. God has control of the universe in his hands. Romans Chapter 6 verse 14. The ability to be blessed comes from God. It is not hard work alone. Therefore, you must have absolute belief and dependence on God, the only One Who gives and guarantees sustainable success. God is the One Who gave Joseph resounding success in Egypt; Daniel a long reign of success in Babylon. Please see Genesis Chapter 41 and Daniel Chapters 2, 5 and 6. Combine this with absolute belief in the miracle working power of God to make impossibilities possible and you are a great success any day.

You should have absolute belief and confidence in the word of God to prosper in your life and create positive turnaround and transformation for everyone to see. Please see Isaiah Chapter 55 verses. When God is about to do great miracles, He grants His servants spectacular revelation. The original truth of the word of God which says you are fruitful is the word of God and that truth has overtaken every lie of the devil in your life.

Allow God to guide you because the divine paths of God always lead to resounding success and abundance. Please see Isaiah Chapter 48 verse 17. Blessings should have a righteous foundation and should be generationally sustainable. You do not get blessed by crooked means. Choose to trust Him and you will be blessed and transformed to who God created you to be, successful, wealthy, abundant, loving, compassionate, forgiving, generous, friendly, gracious, beautiful.

God Heals the Broken Hearted

Broken heartedness is an ailment that can cause a lot of degeneration in the body and the mind if left untreated. Fortunately, God heals broken heartedness. The case of Hannah the mother of Prophet Samuel best illustrates the instance of perverse tongue and unmet desires culminating in a broken spirit. Please see 1^st Samuel Chapter 1 verses 1 to 8, and 15.  Peninah’s perverse use of her tongue on Hannah was designed to make Hannah miserable and to an extent, Peninah succeeded. Hannah was broken hearted as Peninah’s frequent recourse to taunting and mocking Hannah with the fact that Hannah was childless hit a sore point in Hannah. Hannah was so broken hearted that she wept, refused food because her heart was grieved. But one day, Hannah decided to rise above the heartache, the pain and sorrow of childlessness that was usually heightened by Peninah’s taunts and mockery especially in the house of the Lord. Hannah took the bull by the horns and made a deal with God who could help her. Though Peninah made Hannah’s life bitter, Hannah realized that Peninah was not her problem. Hannah’s problem was childlessness which God; the El Shaddai Who said that none would be barren in His house could easily solve. So Hannah ignored and left perverse tongued Peninah to meet with God and make a deal with God. Can you beat that! ‘God, give me a male child to take away the reproach of childlessness and that child is all yours.’ Great bargaining power for a deeply broken hearted woman to whom weeping and hunger strike had become a way of life. Fortunately, God not only heard her words but took note of the terms of the contract. Significantly, Hannah was still broken hearted even while making the deal. Her response to the priest Eli testifies to this. Please see verses 15 to 16 of 1^st Samuel Chapter 1.

Beloved, truthfulness accelerates and perfects every healing process. Please see Luke Chapter 8 verses 43 to 48 for details of the woman with the issue of blood who publicly admitted to touching the hem of Jesus’ garment because of the affliction of unceasing blood flow for twelve years. The word of peace came from the Prince of Peace and she was completely whole. The widow of the indebted prophet acknowledged the financial situation of the family and was set free. Hannah’s admission of the grief and sorrow in her heart prompted the Priest Eli to pronounce the blessings of peace and answered prayers on her. Hannah was comforted because the Bible records in verse 18 that she was no longer sad. Joy unspeakable was birthed in her spirit and not quite long, Hannah conceived and bore Samuel, the beginning of unnumbered comforts. How? Hannah kept her own side of the bargain and returned Samuel to God and God who always rewards in multiples gave Hannah additional children – three sons and two daughters. Please see 2^nd Samuel Chapter 2 verses 20 to 21. Indeed, a good report always brings healing to the brokenhearted.

Quit Begging Bread

God gives bread and you can ask God directly. Please see Psalm 111 verses 4 to 6, 107 verses 8 to 9, 31 to 37, 105 verses 40 to 42, 104 verses 10 to 15, 81 verses 13 to 16. Why then should you subject yourself to the servitude of men and in the process sin against God because of bread when in reality God is the One Who gives bread?

Secondly, man does not live by bread alone. Please see Deuteronomy Chapter 8 verse 3, Matthew Chapter 4 verse 4, and Luke Chapter 4 verse 4. Therefore, do not allow hunger and the quest for food make you sin against God no matter how severe it is. By the grace of God and the power of the Holy Spirit at work in you; you should be able to exercise self control over hunger and the quest for food. Please see Galatians Chapter 5 verses 22 to 23.

It was hunger and the quest for food that made the unnamed foolish woman of 2^nd Kings Chapter 6 verses 25 to 30 give her son to be eaten up. She did not consider the consequences of cannibalism how much more that of eating up her son and sinning against God by despising the blessing of God to her, disobeying God and committing murder. It was only after the woman who deceived her refused to give up her son that the foolish woman realized the consequences of what she had done – ingratitude to God for the gift of a child, despising that gift, disobeying God to commit the other sins of murder and cannibalism. Perhaps, she also realized the consequences of the loss of her child.

Be You and Succeed

Take off the silly mask and be yourself. Be the loving caring person you were created to be. Love gives. Think openness. Dream, love, do not give in to apathy. Joseph never stopped dreaming, never stopped loving. No wonder he emerged into the plans and purposes of God for his life

Be intimate with God, which is investing in a fervent relationship with God because that is the right thing to do. Do not pretend to be a Christian because your friends or family members are. Be a Christian because Christ died for you. Also, the one person you should know intimately is God who has power over everything. No one can stand against you when God is for you.

Follow through on God’s call for your life if you have the call of God. Do not imitate others in the quest for money. God is more powerful than money. Your present economic condition does not determine where you are going to. Rather, it is the call of God that you respond to that will take you to God’s ordained heights for you. The Biblical Joseph chose the call of God. He got to the top position and had money in abundance. Be the GIFT He created you to be to the world and bring His healing and blessings to all who you come in contact with. 

Do not pretend to be who you are not. Do not try to impress anyone. Be who you are. Be yourself. God assesses people on the basis of what He asks them to do.

Feast on the Word of God

The beginning and end of success is the word of God engrafted in your spirit, soul and body. God gives and teaches us His divine principles for holy living in His word, and through the ministry of the Holy Spirit. As we learn, internalize and abide by these principles stated in His word, they become part and parcel of us, directing and guiding us, alongside the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives. That is why the Psalmist wrote in Psalm 119 verse 105 that your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

The word of God is dynamic and has power to transform a person on a daily basis. The answer to every challenge is in the word of God therefore fill your heart with the word of God and meditate on the word of God. If you hear instructions from God, trial and error will no longer be your portion in Jesus mighty name.  Please see Romans Chapter 12 verses 1 to 2. Therefore, feed on the word of God and you have wealth, the hidden riches of darkness stated in Isaiah Chapter 55 verses 1 to 5.

God watches over His word to perform His word and not out fears, worries and anxieties. At the beginning of the year, I asked God to help me sell a certain number of copies of my books, quite a large number determined by the Holy Spirit. Thereafter, I would always check my sales report to see if I was making that quantity of sales. A number of times, I was worried because I required the money from book sales to pay my bills. But somehow, God kept paying my bills even before they were due in addition to giving me material things that made people think I had so much money. As I reflected on why there were no sales, the Holy Spirit made me understand that I was looking at the wrong place, visiting the sales report dashboard. He told me to look at the word of God, His precious promises to me concerning book sales in large numbers. He told me that was where I would make the sales as I daily thanked God for His unfailing Word, meditated on that Word and prophesied the Word over my books. I then realized why I had not made sales and also why I had not experienced victories in some other areas. Rather than look at the word of God and internalize the promises of God and make them real in my life; meditate on them and prophesy them, I was looking at the circumstances that assailed me which were really nothing to God. I was foraging on dirt – anxiety, fears, worries, suspicion when my focus should be on God and His word that does not return to Him void. I repented before God and asked Him to help me look at His word, and to believe His word as well as prophesy His word over my life and situation in Jesus mighty name.

God Can Do It Again

God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power [belongeth] unto God. Psalm 62 verse 11.

For with God nothing shall be impossible. Luke Chapter 1 verse 37.

God can and will do it again; not necessarily because He wants to please you, prove to you that He is God (He does not need to do that, God is God and He is Almighty, all power belongs to Him and everything created, located wherever in the universe submits to Him and bows to His Lordship because He is God). What is impossible with humans is possible with God. God does not tell lies, is not partial and is not intimidated, by anyone or anything. Rather He cares; He loves you with a love you cannot understand and fathom its depth until you probably find yourself in Christ’s eternity.

Beloved, God loves you and needs you so that you can fulfill His high purpose designed to do you good and uplift you from the dungeons of life that the enemy of your soul wants you bound to. That is why the enemy keeps you in the miry clay of life so you will believe his lies that God does not love you and wants you to remain in the miry clay. But the truth is that God wants you out of that miry clay as fast as you are willing to get out of it if only you will allow Him to help you do it. Getting out of the miry clay is like getting out of quick sands; extremely always difficult and in most cases, always impossible except God intervenes.

Advance Like a Lion

The lion is described in Proverbs Chapter 30 verse 30 as a n animal that moves with stately bearing, moving majestically. This is to say that the lion always walks majestically. It is also described as mighty among beasts and does not retreat before anyone or anything.

The lion fights through every opposition until victory is assured even if it has to devour the opposition. Please see Numbers Chapters 23 verse 24 and 24 verse 9.  

The lion is neither afraid nor disturbed by the noise of a multitude of shepherds when it roars over its prey. Please see Isaiah Chapter 31 verse 4.

The journey to self discovery, personal development, relationship management, wealth creation, grooming, ethics and values as well as successful Christian living is usually fraught with challenges that if well managed constitute stepping stones. Some of the challenges include lack of faith, doubts, self doubt, fear, confusion, worry and anxiety, poor self image, wrong conditioning, wrong environment, limiting mindsets, ignorance, negative past experiences, refusal to let go of the past, unforgiveness, bitterness, resentment, threats and intimidation.

To advance like a lion in the journey of life means that you have to comport yourself like royalty, moving majestically irrespective of what the circumstances are. Additionally, do not turn back in fear before anyone or situation or circumstance or anything. Let nothing intimidate you into retreating or surrendering. Always advance like a lion so that you are always exercising dominion as God ordained for you from the foundation of the world. Please see Genesis Chapter 1 verse 28, Psalm 110 verse 2. Do not be intimidated, afraid, or disturbed by any conspiracy or unholy alliances because God will cause all such conspiracies and alliances to self destruct in Jesus mighty name. Please see Isaiah Chapter 8 verses 9 to 12, 2^nd Chronicles Chapter 20, Numbers Chapter 23 and Lamentations Chapter 3 verse 37.

Do Not Give Up on God

What does it mean to give up on God? To give up on God is as good as walking out on God or walking away completely from God because you are convinced that God did not come through for you, will not come through for you. Beloved, the truth and reality is that God always comes through for His own even when the answer He gives is NO. You may not understand the reasons for His NO because you cannot see beyond now. But God sees beyond now to eternity and forever. He therefore has very cogent reasons for saying NO or even WAIT.

God loves you and has great plans including resources for fulfilling the plans He has for you. However, God unveils the strategies one step at a time and sometimes you may not even understand as some strategies may appear to be working against you. Take for instance the case of Joseph who was sold into slavery by his siblings. Unknown to both Joseph and his siblings then, slavery in Egypt was one of the steeping stones to actualizing Joseph’s global leadership goal. How about when he was eventually thrown into prison for no just cause? Unknown to Potiphar’s wife, Potiphar and even Joseph himself, that was the final rung on the ladder to the palace. Can you imagine what would have happened if Joseph gave up on God? He may have missed the coming glory which appeared elusive considering the very unpleasant circumstances he found himself in yet was very close. Just a little patience coupled with absolute faith in God and Joseph made it to the top.

How about King David of Israel? Severally, David could have given up on God on account of the extenuous circumstances that constantly assailed him such as the several threats to his young life by King Saul that rendered him homeless for years( he had to seek refuge in the land of the Philistines). When Saul eventually died, there was a long feud between David and the house of Saul until God eventually gave David victory and established him as King in Israel. How about his travails at the hands of his son Absalom, the treachery by his trusted friend Ahitophel; and the subsequent humiliation by Shimei (a close relation of the late King Saul who rejoiced at Absalom’s treatment of David); and who rained curses on David and pillaged him and his entourage with stones? In all of these, David did not give up on God. He was steadfast, stayed true to God and was eventually vindicated by God.

Unmask You

To succeed, the real you has to come to the fore. The real you is God’s original design of you created to fulfill His divine plans and purposes for your life. The following questions may guide you into identifying that you if answered truthfully.

• Whose dreams and visions are you interpreting and for what purpose?

• Whose ideas are you implementing and for what purpose?

• What drives you – your dreams and visions coupled with a desire to excel; or the desire to please and impress other people by deploying your energy and resources to service their dreams and visions while yours are left fallow?

• Do you desire greatness or servitude? The choice is actually yours. 

• Who is God to you?

• Have you identified your purpose in life or you are hoping it will fall on you like a bag of cherries?

• Do you have a trajectory for your life?

• What do you hope to be remembered for in the next ten years?

• What does the gift of time mean to you?

Always Negotiate Tomorrow

Always negotiate the future. Tomorrow is the future. The future is where you are headed which is why the future should always be the focus of your negotiations. The past is gone and should not be part of the negotiations. Joseph negotiated the future in his negotiations with Pharaoh. Daniel negotiated the future.

Negotiating Skills – Worth and Value

Esau and Rachel had no negotiating skills which explain why they always negotiated bread and not divine destinies. Their lack of self-control over bread deprived them of the ability to negotiate from a position of power. No matter how famished Esau was, he should have exercised self-control when he realized what Jacob aimed for – a birthright in exchange for a pot of stew – that was enough wake up call to stall negotiations. But Esau in addition to lacking self-control had absolutely no idea of who he was – the first born; and therefore did not know his worth and value as well as that of the birthright. He therefore traded what was of divine value and worth for temporary satisfaction. He repeated the same absolute lack of value and worth in his second negotiations with Jacob. Rather than refuse the gifts as well as insist on providing protection and security for Jacob (these actions would have given Esau an edge over Jacob as they would have kept Jacob in his place, in fear of Esau and never daring to be first born), Esau capitulated to Jacob’s superior argument and became indebted to Jacob. If only Esau knew his worth and value, that Jacob was afraid of him and his men and that Jacob’s life depended on his generosity. But Esau had no idea of who he was and his worth and his value. This infers that any negotiator worth his or her salt should know his or her value and worth or the value and worth of what s/he holds as bargaining chips. That sense of value and worth will be a constant reminder not to trade in value and worth for temporary relief or satisfaction. Also, a seasoned or skilled negotiator should always exercise self control so as not to get carried away by the temporary relief that may appear to be the solution in the heat of negotiations but is indeed no solution as Esau learnt after trading in his birthright for a pot of stew and as Rachel probably learnt after trading in her husband and her right of intimacy with him that night for mandrakes.

Command Respect and Authority

God made man to rule. As a priest, you serve but as a king you rule. Please see Genesis Chapter 1 verse 28. One of the most instruments a king needs to rule is the ability to make decrees to rule (Proverbs Chapter 8 verse 15). Decrees on the other hand are made with words (Ecclesiastes Chapter 8 verse 4). The word power means the ability to produce and effect results. The moment a king’s word loses the effect; the king loses his throne. If a king’s word cannot move his subjects, he has lost his throne.

God created you to rule. As a child of God, when you speak, something must happen. Where the word of a king is there is power (Ecclesiastes Chapter 8 verse 4). This power is the ability to affect people to get the outcomes you want from them.  For your words to make things happen, you must be flexible in His hands. You should be like the clay in the potter’s hands. Please see Matthew Chapter 4 verses 19 to 25. How flexible are you in His hands? The only person that has the power to make you is the person you follow. True discipleship in Christ Jesus confers ownership and ruler ship of resources as one is divinely aligned with the king of kings, Lord of lords and the true owner and Ruler of all resources. When you progress to true discipleship in Christ, everything becomes yours and everything is added to you. That is why the process of becoming a true disciple is much more important and critical than seeking for bread. Multitudes followed Jesus for the bread but the disciples followed Him for a change because that change was necessary. Following just for bread does not empower you to rule. Therefore, seek first the kingdom of God because if you are genuinely following Him, things will follow you.

The Church should be stronger than what she is presently if only believers follow Him for who He is and not things. The Church should learn to fish and own the pond rather than asking for fish. Believers should be taught both how to fish and how to own the ponds so their fishing enterprises are sustainable. That way, they will have the mind of Christ through discipleship and ultimately always supersede the devil by introducing the mind of Christ and not fighting him.

For instance, the lion roared against Samson to stop him but Samson killed the lion. Beloved, you are also divinely capacitated to roar back at any lion that roars against you by decreeing the judgment of God against such lions.  You will tear the lions with your decrees in Jesus mighty name. You have entered the season in your life when every word you speak must produce an effect so that you can rule effectively in the midst of your enemies.

Every time Jesus Christ spoke, all of creation obeyed. Jesus spoke what had to come to pass in spite of all contradictory evidences. Please see Luke Chapter 5 verses 1 to 10, John Chapter 21 verses 5 to 11, Isaiah Chapter 55 verses 8 to 13. You can command respect and authority if you have great divine communication skills. Speak as God speaks and you command respect and authority. Speak where God wants you to speak and speak what God wants you to speak. There is a way to issue commands and they are immediately carried out. There is a way to ask questions and you get answers. There is a way to make requests and get the requests approved and granted.
