Advance Like a Lion

Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

The lion is described in Proverbs Chapter 30 verse 30 as a n animal that moves with stately bearing, moving majestically. This is to say that the lion always walks majestically. It is also described as mighty among beasts and does not retreat before anyone or anything.

The lion fights through every opposition until victory is assured even if it has to devour the opposition. Please see Numbers Chapters 23 verse 24 and 24 verse 9.

The lion is neither afraid nor disturbed by the noise of a multitude of shepherds when it roars over its prey. Please see Isaiah Chapter 31 verse 4.

The journey to self discovery, personal development, relationship management, wealth creation, grooming, ethics and values as well as successful Christian living is usually fraught with challenges that if well managed constitute stepping stones. Some of the challenges include lack of faith, doubts, self doubt, fear, confusion, worry and anxiety, poor self image, wrong conditioning, wrong environment, limiting mindsets, ignorance, negative past experiences, refusal to let go of the past, unforgiveness, bitterness, resentment, threats and intimidation.

To advance like a lion in the journey of life means that you have to comport yourself like royalty, moving majestically irrespective of what the circumstances are. Additionally, do not turn back in fear before anyone or situation or circumstance or anything. Let nothing intimidate you into retreating or surrendering. Always advance like a lion so that you are always exercising dominion as God ordained for you from the foundation of the world. Please see Genesis Chapter 1 verse 28, Psalm 110 verse 2. Do not be intimidated, afraid, or disturbed by any conspiracy or unholy alliances because God will cause all such conspiracies and alliances to self destruct in Jesus mighty name. Please see Isaiah Chapter 8 verses 9 to 12, 2nd Chronicles Chapter 20, Numbers Chapter 23 and Lamentations Chapter 3 verse 37.

Enriched and Enlarged for Success 1

Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

The God of divine surplus will visit you, enrich and enlarge you as you journey to Success Street. When He visited Peter, Peter caught a multitude of fish. When He intervened in the feeding of the multitudes, there was a surplus from what appeared to be insufficient.

God demonstrates divine enrichment and enlargement through divine surplus and He desires to take you to that position of divine surplus now in Jesus mighty name. The indebted prophet’s widow was in a very unpleasant situation that appeared to have no exit doors. She had no means of livelihood, her husband left behind huge debts that threatened the future of her two sons who would soon become slaves to the creditor. She ran to Prophet Elisha for help and God instructed her on what to do through the prophet. As she obeyed every instruction, God multiplied the jar of oil into several vessels of oil that were sold to pay off the debts. Suddenly, an impoverished and indebted family without any income had excess income that exceeded their expenditure and debts so that they had more than enough financial resources to live on for the rest of their lives. God moved them from the level of debt, lack, indebtedness to more than enough and He is about to do same for you irrespective of whatever level you are in now. Through His overflowing and inexhaustible fountain of divine abundance, He will ensure that the treasury of your life is continually filled to overflowing and abundance that ensures that your income will always exceed your expenditure no matter how big that expenditure is. Please see Philippians Chapter 4 verse 19.

Do Not Play God

Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

How? Do not superimpose your knowledge and understanding of God and His ways on people. God relates with and deals with peoplle at diverse levels of knowledge and understanding. If for instance God is teaching people to trust Him for provision, it is not in your place to provide for them if God does not direct you to do so. This is applicable in every area of life.

While it is scriptural to give to the poor and the needy, to support the work of the kingdom, it is also important to be conscious of the leading of God so that you do not attempt to play God in the lives of people and consequently incur the wrath of God on yourself. This is because God alone is God and He created the people you are attempting to play God over. Besides, God alone knows the entire makeup of these people and therefore knows the best approach to get them to where He wants them to be. Attempting to play God in their lives could therefore tantamount to working against God plans, purposes and timing in their lives. Moses attempted to play God in the lives of the Israelites in Egypt. The same Israelites opposed him and made known how he killed an Egyptian who was beating an Israelite. That led to the self exile of Moses in Midian for forty years.
