Correlation Between Appearance and Success

Written by Uyoyou Christiana Charles-Iyoha

What do dirty nails communicate? A dirty person.
What do stained nails communicate? A dirty and careless person who does not care about his or her appearance.
What does un-manicured nails communicate? A person who does not care about his or her appearance and that says a lot -  if you do not care about your appearance, what care will you show to the things entrusted to you? Please see Ecclesiastes Chapter 11 verse 18, Proverbs Chapter 24 verses 30 to 31.
What does a rumpled dress communicate? A person who does not care about his or her appearance, has no desire for excellence and top – a mediocre.
What does sticking your fingers inside of your nostrils, and picking them,  then taking a step further to bring the phlegm out and clean it on your clothes, the chair handle in front you, especially in public places communicate? A very dirty person with filthy habits who does not care about other people; and has no respect for anyone.

How about sticking your fingers in your ears, pull out the filth and you rub it on either both hands, your clothes or the chair in front of you? You should actually live with pigs and not human beings.
How about rolling paper into an ear and using it to clean your ears and you bring it out and drop it on the floor instead of the trash can; in public, especially in Church communicate? Again, you belong in the pigsty and should be restricted from public places, human society and civilization.
How about cleaning sweat, large chunks of it off your face and neck with your hands on to the floor and wiping those hands on your clothes? You need some lessons on personal hygiene and the use of handkerchiefs.
How about pulling out dirty smelly handkerchiefs to wipe your face? My oh my – you love to spread diseases.
What does bad breath communicate? Ill health and in some cases poor oral hygiene.
What do tattered shoes communicate? Poverty.
What do unpolished shoes communicate? Poor self esteem, low self esteem and no self esteem.
What do ill fitting shoes communicate? I do not love myself.
What do wrong color combinations communicate? Ignorance.
What does a shabby and unkempt look communicate? Nobody loves me, cares about me and I also do not care about myself. In fact, I despise and hate myself.
These certainly do not reflect the attributes of someone on a journey to Success Street so they do not reflect you and relate to you who is created and destined for Success Street. Share them with anyone you know who practices them and encourage them to do the right things so they can embark on the journey to Success Street. See you there. Shalom.
