who does not care about his or her appearance and that says a lot - if you do not care about your appearance,

What does a rumpled dress communicate? A person who
does not care about his or her appearance, has no desire for excellence and top
– a mediocre.
What does sticking your fingers inside of your
nostrils, and picking them, then taking
a step further to bring the phlegm out and clean it on your clothes, the chair
handle in front you, especially in public places communicate? A very dirty
person with filthy habits who does not care about other people; and has no
respect for anyone.
