The Power of Quality Decisions

Decisions are like earthquakes. They have tremors or consequences that affect generations even long after the person who takes them is dead. That is why decisions should not be made in a hurry; and without accurate and sufficient information. On no account should decisions be taken through gambling, divination, emotions or compulsion.

Decisions made with sufficiently garnered information are natural practical decisions that are dependent on information. Therefore, be sufficiently informed before taking a decision as right information birth right decisions. Do not take decisions in a hurry. The ideal thing to do is to slow down and gather all the necessary information you need before taking a major decision. You may need to slow down if you notice that you are being stampeded to take a decision especially so if your emotions are largely involved. Beloved, you would be moving too fast without the right arsenal to shield you. The right arsenal in this case is sufficient information. Practical decisions require practical senses, the common sense that instructs you to gather the requisite information so that you can take informed decisions. This may require that you leave your comfort zone in order to garner the right information that will enable you make decisions based on privileged information.

Beloved, you should be very knowledgeable and to be very knowledgeable, you have to pursue the right knowledge as well as right information. You have to upgrade your information level in order to take some actions to move you forward and leapfrog you to where you should be at this point in time in your life. That will enable you line up your decisions with what God says. Therefore, let the windows of your mind that accept capacity building from God be opened so that you do not have to walk ignorantly. The meek are people who are teachable. Be teachable.

You cannot make great decisions guided by your emotions. When under pressure, do not revert back to the old you; all emotions and no objectivity. Rather, stick to the new you that God is modeling based on His word, knowledge, wisdom and understanding so that you can take quality decisions. Stand on what you believe and bring your feelings in alignment to what you believe. You cannot be fruitful if you are not stable and you cannot be stable if you are guided by emotions.

You need God to make quality decisions as every decision you make ultimately affect your destinations in life. Presumption and assumption do not produce quality decisions. But divine consultation does. Divine consultation also averts disasters. This is because man is limited but God always knows the end from the beginning. Therefore, involve God in every decision you need to make so that your actions are in line with God. Please see Joshua Chapter 1 verse 8.

Significantly, God will guide you and speak to you if you request His help in making decisions. Additionally, God will always act for if you take decisions guided by His Spirit; and you also stand on those decisions.
